Rex scans units out and in, adds and removes items on a showing, and adds or removes cleaning fees, each on a card with the units listed and a tick beside each. Confirm to run it; Undo to reverse it.
On a store that tracks units by barcode, a unit is out when it was scanned out and back when it was scanned in. Rex reads the booking’s scanning panel, lists the units that are still out (or still in), and prepares the scans on a card. You untick any that did not come back, set a time if it happened earlier, and press Confirm. The scans are recorded exactly as the scanner would record them, on any booking status.
Showing stores get the same for showings: add items to the open showing, take items off it, and Rex restores a removed item at its old price with its scans if you undo. Cleaning fees are added per unit at the item’s own fee or an amount you name, and removed the same way. Every scan report, by day, is one question away.
Every unit not yet scanned, listed with a tick; set a time for scans that happened earlier; confirm once.
Add units to the open showing at the fee, take units off it, restore them at the old price if you undo.
Units scanned back per day, each booking with how many of its units came back and which items.
No. A scan never changes the status, exactly as on the scanning panel. The booking page shows the same scans afterwards.
Press Undo on the card: the scan is voided, the same as the panel’s undo. A return marked by mistake on the booking itself can also be undone from the booking page or by asking Rex.
On a showing store, yes: he adds it to the open showing at the showing fee, then scans it. Elsewhere he says the unit is not on the booking.
Yes. Each item’s own cleaning fee is the default, or you name an amount. Fees are added untaxed, exactly as the return fee dialog adds them, and can be removed from the same card.
Rex is an add-on to a Share Marketplace plan: $29.99 a month per store, for store admins, with a monthly usage allowance. Current plans and what each includes are on the pricing page.
